Ads get skipped.Stories get shared.

We don’t make content people scroll past. We make moments people talk about.

Every campaign starts with your customer: what they care about, who they trust, and what moves them. Then we put the right creators behind the right story and keep the city talking.

One team, end to end. The result is a brand people believe in, choose and keep coming back to.

Maa Behen, launched by a real mother and daughter

For the release of Maa Behen, Chabi and her mother Anita joined Madhuri Dixit, Tripti Dimri and Dharna Durga on the film's press set and did what @yourregularmom does best: swap desi mum stories in their own dialect. A meme cold open, a skit with the cast, and one clear line to close: now streaming on Netflix.

Chhath, the way families tell it

For Urja Ka Vardan, Sunrise put Chhath stories, puja timings and Chhath songs sung by Maithili Thakur on WhatsApp. Anita brought it to the families who keep the festival, in their own language.

    A grandparent's afternoon, and a free milkshake

A quiet afternoon with the grandchild, a cup of Horlicks, and the milkshake that came free with the 500 g jar. A family moment first, then a nudge to look for the offer at the local store.

Jharkhand, from Ranchi to the world

At Jharkhand's first State Level Influencer Meet, in Patratu, the Tourism Department launched a portal that connects creators with the government to tell the state's story. Chabi was one of the 100+ creators there, to give its waterfalls, forests, food and people a bigger stage.

Kuch Naya Sochte Hai: 50x footfall in a month

A new luxury flagship was putting off the tier-2 shoppers who built the brand. A SWOT analysis pointed back to its local roots: well-loved local faces, stories tied to regional traditions, and a message that it was still for them, on regional TV, in cinemas, in local papers and on billboards across the city.

Growing Copilot's free and Pro users

For Kelley MBA's Spring Intensive with Microsoft, Chabi's team planned how Copilot could win users and keep them. They built personas such as Carol the Alchemist, proposed reaching small businesses on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest with reasons to teach their own audiences, and made a directional ad.

An olive mill in Kalamata, made for families

A sustainable growth plan for an olive mill tour in Kalamata. The team found its biggest draw, wide farms where American families can slow down together, and turned the visit into a short documentary, scripted in fifteen minutes on the day.

    The page where it started

Chabi started @yourregularmom with her mother in 2020: family comedy in Bihari, from Ranchi and Chicago. A reel about a Gucci belt passed 4 million views, with a like from Priyanka Chopra. Brands from Big Bazaar to Netflix have worked with the page since.

What we do

One service, done properly: creator campaigns that sound local in every city they run in.

Hyperlocal Campaigns

Speak like the city you sell to.

For global brands coming to India, and Indian brands going everywhere else. We cast creators from the cities you want to reach, in their own language and dialect, and build the campaign around what their audience talks about at home: family, food, festivals, the neighbourhood. One brief, and every market hears it in its own words.

What a campaign includes

  • Creators cast city by city, by language, dialect and audience
  • Scripts and skits rooted in local life, written with the creators
  • Shoots at home, on location, or at your launch, premiere or event
  • Rollout across cities and countries, with partnership ads behind what works
  • Reporting city by city, through to sales

Made for

  • Film and OTT releases
  • Product launches
  • Store and restaurant openings
  • Festive campaigns
  • Market entry

Listen. Spark. Create. Amplify. Compound.

Five moves on every campaign, always in this order. Skip one and the budget leaks.

The graphs are illustrations, not data. Every campaign draws its own.

  1. 01

    Listen

Learn what your audience watches, saves, shares and keeps coming back to.

    • Dig into comments, saves and search trends, not just follower counts
    • Find what makes them sticky: the jokes, fears, habits and local pride
    • Map the creators they already trust, city by city
  2. 02

    Spark

Turn that data into one insight worth talking about.

    • Find the tension your brand can solve better than anyone
    • Shape one story that people feel before they understand it
    • Pick creators whose voice makes that story believable
  3. 03

    Create

Make content with creators that feels made for the feed, not for an ad break.

    • Reels and UGC in the creator’s own voice and language
    • Every piece checked against the brief before it goes live
    • Real formats for each platform
  4. 04

    Amplify

Keep the buzz going across creators, cities and paid media.

    • Put spend behind the posts that already work
    • Roll out in sequence so the conversation never goes quiet
    • Make online buzz show up offline, in stores, events and word of mouth
  5. 05

    Compound

Track every rupee to sales, then make the next campaign smarter.

    • Measure revenue, repeat buyers and brand love, not just reach
    • Learn what moved people and feed it into the next round
    • Each campaign starts higher than the last

Meet Chabi.

“I didn't get this collaboration because I had the biggest numbers in the room. I got it because I had the most specific story in the room.”

Chabi built @yourregularmom with her mother from nothing: 177K followers, a Forbes India Top 100 Digital Star, and campaigns for Netflix, ITC and Horlicks.

She brings an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in the US, and strategy work for Microsoft and Ecolab, to every brief.
